This notice explains how BYL DIGITAL RESOURCES (“BYL Digital”, “we”) handles personal data collected through byl.my, in line with Malaysia’s Personal Data Protection Act 2010.
What we collect
When you book a consultation or contact us, we collect your name, business name, industry, area, WhatsApp number, and optionally your email and message. Our analytics are cookie-free and do not identify you.
Why we collect it
To respond to your enquiry, arrange and prepare your consultation, and, if you become a client, provide our services.
Who we share it with
Service providers that help us run this website and our communications, such as hosting, email and Google Calendar for bookings. We do not sell personal data.
How long we keep it
Enquiry details are kept for up to 24 months unless you become a client, or until you ask us to delete them.
Your rights
You may ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, or withdraw consent to be contacted, by emailing sifuwann@byl.my.
BYL Hub
Data that our clients collect from their own customers through BYL Hub is handled under the BYL Hub terms, with our client as the data user.
