Getting started
How do I get a quote?
Book a free 30-minute consultation. After a short audit we send a proposal with the scope, timeline and fees.
Do you work outside the Klang Valley?
Yes. We work with businesses across Malaysia. Consultations and reviews take place online.
Can I take just one service?
Yes. Services are available individually or combined.
Contract & term
What is the minimum term?
Six months. Local marketing builds over time, and six months gives enough data to judge the results fairly.
What happens when the engagement ends?
Your accounts, domain and website stay yours. BYL Hub stays readable for a grace period so you can export your data.
Results & reporting
When will I see results?
Some things improve in weeks, such as reply times and review volume. Rankings and organic reach usually take longer. We report against your baseline every month.
What is in the monthly report?
The numbers that matter for your services, such as rankings, enquiries, reviews, cost per lead and content reach, plus our recommendations.
Ad budget
Is the ad budget included in your fee?
No. Your ad budget is paid directly to Meta or Google from your own ad account, separate from our service fee.
Account ownership
Who owns my accounts?
You do. Your Google Business Profile, ad accounts, domain and website stay in your name. We work with manager or partner access.
BYL Hub
Can I buy BYL Hub on its own?
No. BYL Hub is included with BYL services and set up by our team.
Does the WhatsApp AI replace my staff?
No. It handles routine questions and hands over to your staff whenever a person should answer.
Data & PDPA
How do you handle my customers’ data?
We collect the minimum needed, show a privacy notice on every form, keep data private to your business and delete it on request.
